Dr. Patrice McClellan is the President and Lead Strategist of The Ronald Group and is affectionately known as Dr. P. Dr. P is a dynamic leadership coach and organizational strategist. She is nationally recognized race scholar and leadership expert. With over 20 years of experience activating leaders, dismantling systems of organizational dysfunction and helping organizations thrive by supporting advocacy and allyship at work. Also, Dr. P is a published author on leadership activism, co-author of the book "Herstories: Leading with the Lessons of the Lives of Black Women Activities". She is most proud of her role with the United Way of Greater Toledo's African American Leadership Council. Before founding The Ronald Group, she was an Associate Professor of Business and Leadership at Lourdes University. She was the first Black woman professor to receive promotion to the associate level at that university. Dr. P was a recipient of Toledo's 20 under 40 Leadership Award in 2011. However, her most important mission in life is providing opportunities for her children Aiden and Cassidy to live their lives authentically.

With approximately 30 years of experience in the highly regulated energy industry, Sarah has developed a deep expertise in identifying, evaluating and mitigating enterprise-wide risks as a business and legal advisor to the Board. She has experience working with the senior leadership team on developing strategic direction, sustainable practices and creating and growing shareholder value. Sarah is an Ohio native, she currently resides in Buffalo, New York, where she enjoys golfing, summers at her family cottage in Canada and learning to fly fish.

Ashley Schade has over 17 years of experience where she provides assurance and consulting services to middle-market privately owned businesses that are owner managed and private equity owned. Ashley has experience with presenting to clients, their boards and other organizations about topics of current interest. She is the Toledo office Women in Leadership (WIL) Office Champion and the Toledo Diversity and Inclusion (DEI) Office Champion. She received her B.S. in accounting and business administration from Heidelberg University and her M.S. in accountancy from Bowling Green State University. She spends all her free time with her two kids, Brayden and Mara, and her husband Scott. She enjoys watching Mara golf and Brayden play football.

She has led teams in various industries including automotive, commercial, and industrial transportation markets, and currently in the cabinetry and fenestration industries. One of her notable strengths is her drive for continuous improvement and change, which has resulted in her receiving industry awards for highly creative and effective marketing campaigns and leadership. She has been recognized with several business awards, including SEMA Businesswomen's Athena Champion Award, Women of the Year from Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, Women's Industry Netwrok (WIN) Woman of the Year, and Crain's Cleveland Business Marketing Award.
Cristina is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native who graduated from Duquesne University with a marketing degree. She then earned her master's in marketing from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. When she's not traveling for work, she spends her free time with her family, including her husband, Chris, stepdaughter, Grace Murray, a Bowling Green freshman, and the best dog in the world, Rooney Polamalu Murray. Cristina enjoys cooking and baking with her familing during her free time.

Dean, College of Business at the University of Findlay
Kirby Overton is a native of Cincinnati, OH and moved to Northwest, Ohio after taking a full-time teaching and coaching position at The University of Findlay in August 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2006, her MBA in 2008, and Ed.D. in 2018, all from the University of Findlay.
Dr. Overton is a wife, mom of a 3-year old girl and 5-year-old boy, and the Dean of the College of Business at the University of Findlay. In addition, she runs her own small business selling handmade body butters under EB3: Every Body, Body Butter LLC, does consulting work through Clearview Consulting Solutions, LLC (created by her husband), and recently published a bedtime prayer book titled, Pray With Me.
Dr. Overton joined the University of Findlay after spending the previous three years at Wayne State University as the Associate Head Coach for Cross Country and Track & Field. Prior to Wayne State, she served as an adjunct instructor for various institutions and worked in the athletic department at Central State University. Dr. Overton began her professional career serving as a Career Consultant and Job Coach for people with disabilities at Capabilities.
Dr. Overton is also a former-student athlete for the Oilers and was inducted into the University of Findlay’s Hall of Fame in 2019 and the USTFCCCA (United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association) Division II Athlete Hall of Fame in 2013.
